Summary: Now we often hear about the necessity of self-regulation of professional and economic activities. Non-governmental regulation is put forward as one of the main principles of the administrative reform. Among its basic directions is the development and approval of the standard legal documents abolishing redundant and duplicating functions, carried out by the executive authorities, allowing to transfer a number of the state functions to the self-regulating organizations. Within the limits of such organizations certain rules and behaviour standards in the professional work market, the supervision system over observance of these rules, an order of the extrajudicial solution of conflicts are instituted. Norms of self-regulation, as a rule, are more flexible than the norms established by the state, they are easier adapted to the changing conditions. Positive sides of foundation of self-regulating organizations of hygienists and sanitary-epidemiologic service organizers is discussed. Advantages of activity of such organisation are considered.

Summary: On character and the content of work of Rospotrebnadzor's experts carries features of workers of an administrative-and-management personnel and office workers. At Rospotrebnadzor's experts growth of desease with time disability is marked, and among a chronic pathology diseases of bodies of digestion, blood circulation and the bone-and-muscular system are in the lead.
